摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗早期DN的临床疗效。方法选取唐山市工人医院内分泌科2018年2月—2019年2月收治的早期DN患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组34例。对照组应用舒洛地特联合瑞格列奈治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用益肾健脾汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血肌酐(Scr)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果治疗前两组HBV、LBV、Fbg、Scr、FPG、2 hPG、BUN水平比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组HBV、LBV、Fbg、Scr、FPG、2 hPG、BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗早期DN的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善血管内皮功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with early DN were selected from February 2018 to February 2019 in Department of Endocrinology,Tangshan Workers Hospital,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sulodexide combined with repaglinide,and the study group was treated with Yishen Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV),fibrinogen(Fbg),serum creatinine(Scr),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),urea nitrogen(BUN)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HBV、LBV、Fbg、Scr、FPG、2 hPG、BUN levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of HBV、LBV、Fbg、Scr、FPG、2 hPG、BUN in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early DN is exact,which can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function.
