米非司酮与米索前列醇在妊娠8~12周行无痛人工流产术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮与米索前列醇在妊娠8~12周行无痛人工流产术患者中的应用效果。方法选取泉州市鲤城区妇幼保健院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的妊娠8~12周行无痛人工流产术患者80例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组行无痛人工流产术治疗,研究组于无痛人工流产术前予以米非司酮和米索前列醇干预,再行无痛人工流产术治疗。比较两组宫颈扩张效果,术后阴道流血时间、手术时间、术中出血量、麻醉药用量,并观察两组并发症发生情况。结果研究组宫颈扩张效果优于对照组,术后阴道流血时间、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量、麻醉药用量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮与米索前列醇在妊娠8~12周行无痛人工流产术患者中的应用效果良好,可提高宫颈扩张效果,缩短手术时间,减少出血量,且安全性较高。Objective To discuss the application effect of mifepristone and misoprostol in patients undergoing painless induced abortion at 8-12 weeks of gestation.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients undergoing painless induced abortion at 8-12 weeks of gestation were selected from January 2018 to June 2019 in Quanzhou Licheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with painless induced abortion,the study group was intervened by mifepristone and misoprostol before painless induced abortion,and then underwent painless induced abortion.Cervical dilatation effect,postoperative vaginal bleeding time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and anesthetic dosage were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications were observed.Results The study group of cervical dilatation effect was better than control group,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and operation time were shorter than control group,intraoperative blood loss and anesthetic dosage were less than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol have a good effect in patients undergoing painless induced abortion during 8-12 weeks of gestation,which can improve the cervical dilatation effect,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and with high safety.
