摘 要:研究了4种不同的尼龙材料在汽车冷却液中进行高温老化测试后的力学性能变化规律。试验中应用的汽车冷却液主要成分为乙二醇/水的混合物(体积分数为50%)和添加剂,测试温度为125℃,分别选用弯曲和冲击样条进行材料的老化测试,并对弯曲断裂样品进行了断面形貌分析。结果表明:尼龙材料在冷却液中高温老化后,弯曲强度快速下降,缺口冲击强度则呈现先增大后减小的趋势,扫描电镜下可以观察到玻纤与树脂基体的黏结能力变弱。The mechanical properties of four different nylon materials after thermal aging in coolant were studied.Main constituent of the coolant used is a mixture of water and ethylene glycol(volume fraction is 50%)and additives.Bending and impact samples were chosen to do thermal aging test at 125℃and then using SEM to analysis the cross section of bending samples.Test results show that after thermal aging in coolant,the bending strength of four nylon materials all decreased rapidly.Meanwhile,notch impact strength increased initially and then decreased.Moreover,SEM images show that the bonding ability between nylon and glass fibers became worse gradually.
