摘　　要：近几年苏北地区高层建筑预应力管桩施工中出现大量浮桩的现象,论文通过对管桩上浮现象发生前及对上浮桩处理后的静载试验对比、低应变检测等进行分析,研究了软土地基中管桩挤土上浮对承载力的影响,同时研究了群桩上浮规律、预防及处理方法。In recent years,a large number of floating piles have appeared in the construction of prestressed pipe piles in high-rise buildings in northern Jiangsu.This paper analyzes the test of piles,static tests of engineering piles,and low strain detection to study the squeeze of pipe piles in soft ground Influence of soil floating on bearing capacity.At the same time,the floating rule,prevention and treatment of group piles were studied.
