摘　　要：皮肤衰老是由多种因素共同作用导致的一种皮肤形态及功能退行性改变的生理或病理现象,如何延缓皮肤衰老是美容医学研究领域的一项重要课题。本文主要针对近年来皮肤衰老机制,如:基因调控,自由基损伤,糖基化,免疫失调等学说以及皮肤年轻化非侵入性和侵入性(例如:药物疗法、激光疗法等)治疗策略作一综述,以期为临床皮肤年轻化治疗提供理论参考。Skin aging is a physiological or pathological phenomenon of degenerative changes in skin morphology and function caused by a variety of factors.How to delay skin aging is an important topic in the field of cosmetic medicine.This paper focuses on skin aging mechanism in recent years,such as gene regulation,free radical damage,glycosylation,immune disorders,and skin rejuvenation of non-invasive and invasive treatment strategies.The review summarizes the research progress,in order to provide theoretical references for the clinical treatment of skin rejuvenation.
