摘  要:溢洪道堰面高标号抗冲耐磨混凝土施工技术一直都是大坝混凝土的一项关键技术,如何确保外观及内在质量是泄洪建筑物质量控制的关键。朱昌河水库大坝溢洪道根据实际条件,采用了斜直段翻模间歇分层逐仓浇筑和上下弧段逐层连续翻升浇筑的工艺方案,通过分析该工艺的不利因素和高标号抗冲耐磨混凝土本身施工特点,采取了积极的应对措施,最终很好地保障了溢洪道堰面混凝土浇筑的成形质量。The construction technology of high-grade anti-scouring and wear-resistant concrete at spillway weir surface has always been a key technology of dam concrete. How to ensure the appearance and internal quality is the key for quality control of flood discharge buildings.According to the actual conditions of the dam spillway of Zhuchanghe Reservoir Project, the adopted construction technique for the inclined straight section is turning over formwork intermittently and concreting layer by layer, while that for the upper and lower arc sections is turning up continuously and pouring layer by layer. Analysis was made on the disadvantages of the adopted technique and the construction characteristics of high grade anti-scouring and wear-resistant concrete, based on which positive countermeasures were taken to well ensure the forming quality of spillway weir surface concreting.
