龙云灌区工程国民经济效益费用初步分析

摘　　要：介绍了广西玉林市龙云灌区的工程概况。从项目的农业灌溉、城乡供水、发电、生态功能等方面分析了工程的效益,估算了项目的投资和费用。通过计算经济内部收益率、经济净现值、经济效益费用比等指标,评价工程的经济合理性,计算结果为:经济内部收益率9.76%,大于社会折现率8%,说明项目对于以社会公益性质为主的龙云灌区工程在经济上是合理可行的。An introduction was made on the general information of Longyun Irrigation Zone Project located in Yulin City of Guangxi. The authors analyze the benefits of the project in respects of agricultural irrigation, urban and rural water supply, power generation and ecological functions etc., estimate the investment and cost, and calculate the indexes such as economic internal rate of return, economic net present value and economic benefit-cost ratio to evaluate the economic rationality of project. The calculated economic internal rate of return is 9.76%, greater than the social discount rate of 8%, indicating Longyun Irrigation Zone Project is an economically rational and feasible although it is principally a public welfare project.
