摘　　要：处于商业运行中的国内某压水堆核电机组,在电站停堆、检修或换料期间需要备用供热系统向用户提供稳定的0.6MPa^0.8MPa的饱和蒸汽。本文通过分析设备原理和控制逻辑并结合试验验证的方法,根据故障表现形式,寻找故障根源,解决在不具备大规模完整试验条件及故障信息不全情况下,辅助供热系统锅炉启动失败的问题,保障供热系统可用,提高设备可靠性,促进核电站安全稳定运行。In the commercial operation of a domestic PWR nuclear power plant,the standby heating system is required to provide stable 0.6-0.8mpa saturated steam to the user during the Scram,maintenance or refueling of the power plant.In this paper,by analyzing the principle and control logic of the equipment and combining with the method of test verification,the fault source is found according to the fault manifestation.To solve the problem of boiler start failure in auxiliary heating system without largescale complete test conditions and incomplete fault information,to ensure the availability of heating system,improve equipment reliability,and promote the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plant.
