摘  要:针对导波雷达液位计在极端高温高压、高饱和蒸汽工况下会产生较大测量误差的情况,对导波雷达液位计在不同气相介质的测量工况下的测量误差进行了分析。根据导波雷达液位计的时域反射原理,分析了在气相介质的介电常数发生变化的工况下,导波雷达液位计产生测量误差的原因,并建立测量误差与气相介质介电常数关系的函数模型。使用食用油代替介电常数发生变化的气相介质进行液位测量实验,对该函数模型进行了验证。Considering the situation that the guided wave radar will produce large measurement errors under extreme high temperature,high pressure and high saturation steam conditions,the measurement error of the guided wave radar is analyzed.According to the principle of time-domain reflection of the guided wave radar,the reason for the measurement error of the guided wave radar is analyzed under the condition that the dielectric constant of the gas phase medium changes.Establish a function model of the relationship between the measurement error and the dielectric constant of the gas phase medium.Using edible oil instead of the gas-phase medium whose dielectric constant changes to conduct liquid level measurement experiments,the function model is verified.
