摘　　要：区块链自身所具有的公开性和隐私性、不可篡改性和不可逆转性以及去中心化和自治性等双重属性,使其对实体经济发展而言既是难得的历史性机遇也是不可小觑的全新挑战。一方面,区块链有利于降低实体经济的交易成本,提高实体经济的协作效率,改善实体经济的外部环境;另一方面,区块链会导致政府有效监管难度增加,使实体企业犯错的成本提高,传统的中心化治理模式失效。所以,区块链与实体经济虽然可以在产品溯源、智能经济、信息共享和物联网等领域实现有效契合,但与实体经济的深度融合仍然面临技术性因素、制度性因素和标准化因素等方面的制约。要真正推动区块链与实体经济的深度融合,实现经济的高质量发展,必须从政府引导、企业主导和人才培育等三个方面采取相应对策。Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought by block chain to the real economy,this paper systematically discusses the convergence and restrictive factors of block chain to promote the real economy,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The study finds that blockchain itself has the dual properties of openness and privacy,tamperability and irreversibility,decentralization and autonomy,which make it both a rare historic opportunity and a new challenge that cannot be underestimated for the development of real economy.On one hand,blockchain is conducive to reducing the transaction cost of the real economy,improving the collaboration efficiency of the real economy and upgrading the external environment of the real economy.On the other hand,blockchain will increase the difficulty of effective government regulation,increase the cost of mistakes made by entity enterprises,and make the traditional centralized governance model fail.Therefore,although blockchain and the real economy can achieve effective integration in product traceability,smart economy,information sharing,Internet of things and other fields,its deep integration with the real economy still faces constraints from technical factors,institutional factors and standardization factors.Therefore,in order to truly promote the deep integration of block chain and real economy and achieve high-quality economic development,we must take corresponding countermeasures from three aspects:government guidance,enterprise leading and talent cultivation.
