摘  要:以油酸与丙三醇为原材料,合成一种酯型抗磨剂,采用红外光谱对其进行分子结构表征,通过抗乳化试验、抗磨试验和配伍性试验,对加入酯型抗磨剂柴油的主要质量性能进行评价。试验结果表明:酯型抗磨剂的酸值极低,引起的柴油酸度变化极小,不会存在酸度超标问题;由于酯型抗磨剂分子中含有亲水及亲油基团,其对柴油的抗乳化性不如酸型抗磨剂,需要加入破乳剂以提高柴油抗乳化性能;添加酯型抗磨剂的柴油表现出良好的抗磨性能,磨痕直径完全符合标准,且磨痕小、磨痕及磨痕边界浅显;酯型抗磨剂与柴油降凝剂、十六烷值改进剂、抗静电剂具有良好的配伍性,对基础柴油主要性能指标均没有影响。An ester antiwear agent was synthesized with oleic acid and glycerol as raw materials,and its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The main quality performance of diesel fuel with ester antiwear agent was evaluated by demulsification test,antiwear test and compatibility test.The results show that the acid value of the ester abrasive is very low,and the change of diesel acidity caused by ester antiwear agent is very small,which will not lead to diesel acidity exceeding the standard.Due to the hydrophilic and lipophilic groups in the ester antiwear agent,its demulsification resistance to diesel oil is not as good as that of acid antiwear agent,so the demulsifier should be added to improve the demulsification resistance of diesel oil.The diesel oil with ester antiwear agent shows good antiwear performance,the abrasion diameter conforms to the standard,the abrasion is small,the abrasion and the abrasion boundary are simple.The ester antiwear agent has good compatibility with coagulants,hexadecane value modifier and antistatic agent,and has no effect on the main performance indexes of basic diesel oil.
