摘 要:为了便于预测汽车驱动桥准双曲面齿轮齿面接触形态,提出了一种齿面失配分析方法。通过构建准双曲面齿轮HFT磨齿数学模型和共轭啮合数学模型,推导出了与大轮齿面完全共轭的小轮基准齿面方程。采用数值方法计算出了小轮实测齿面与小轮基准齿面之间的偏差,通过图形化表达构建出了齿面失配拓扑图。以一对HFT磨齿的准双曲面齿轮为例,进行了齿面接触区仿真预测,滚检试验结果与仿真预测结果相一致,表明所提出的齿面失配分析方法可以对齿面的接触情况作出预测。该方法为齿面接触区的修正提供了理论指导。In order to predict tooth contact state for drive bridge hypoid gears,the tooth flank mismatch analysis method was proposed.The HFT grinding mathematical model and conjugate meshing mathematical model of hypoid gears were established,and the pinion base tooth flank equation which was fully conjugated with the gear tooth flank was derived,and the tooth flank deviations between the pinion actual tooth flank and pinion base tooth flank were calculated with numerical method,and the tooth flank mismatch topology was constructed by graphical expression.The tooth flank mismatch analysis was executed for a pair of hypoid gear with HFT grinding,and the rolling test experiment result was in accordance with the simulation result.This indicates that the proposed tooth flank mismatch analysis method can be used to predict the tooth contact state,and it provides theoretical guidance for tooth contact area correction.
