摘  要:为研究布浆器结构对纸浆的适用性,基于Fluent仿真分析了3种不同纸浆在同一布浆器结构下的布浆均流效果,并分析了纸浆物性参数的影响。研究表明:水和3%质量分数的NBKP纸浆的喷浆效果接近,而5%质量分数的OCC纸浆则出现明显的误差增大;动力黏度是影响喷浆效果的主要因素,随着黏度的增加,喷浆误差呈先下降后上升的变化规律;基于经验公式设计出的布浆器具有纸浆适用局限性,对于动力黏度不超过0.1 Pa·s的低质量分数纸浆,其流量误差可控制在1.5%以内。In order to study the applicability of the pulp distributor structure to the paper pulp,the homogenization effect of three different paper pulps in the same distributor structure was analyzed based on Fluent simulation,and the effect of paper pulp physical parameters was analyzed.The results show that the distribution effect of water and 3%NBKP pulp is close,while the error of 5%OCC pulp is obviously increased;the dynamic viscosity is the main factor affecting the distribution effect,with the viscosity increasing,the distribution error decreases first and then increases;the pulp distributor designed based on the empirical formula has limitation in the applicability of paper pulp;the flow error rate can be controlled within 1.5%for low mass fraction paper pulp which dynamic viscosity not exceeds 0.1 Pa·s.
