摘 要:女性不孕的原因主要有排卵障碍、输卵管疾病及内膜相关疾病。研究证明骨髓细胞在妊娠中非常重要,骨髓祖细胞能够成为胎盘蜕膜细胞参与维持成功妊娠。骨髓间充质干细胞因为其优良的生物学特性,近年来广泛应用于再生医学和组织修复,在不孕相关疾病如多囊卵巢综合征、原发性卵巢功能不全、输卵管疾病、子宫内膜疾病的治疗中也有研究,为疑难不孕症的治疗提供了新思路。现就骨髓间充质干细胞在女性不孕相关疾病中的治疗做一简要综述。The main causes of female infertility include ovulation failure,fallopian tubal disease and endometrial disease.Studies have shown that bone marrow cells are very important in pregnancy,and bone marrow progenitor cells can become placental decidual cells and participate in maintaining a successful pregnancy.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)with excellent biological properties are widely applied in regenerative medicine and tissue repair.BMSCs were studied in female infertility related diseases,such as polycystic ovary syndrome,primary ovarian insufficiency,fallopian tubal disease and endometrial disease,which provide new ideas for the treatment of difficult infertility.Here is a brief review of the treatment of BMSCs in female infertility related diseases.
