创新与跨越:云南省民族团结进步示范区建设的“临沧样本”探析

摘　　要：民族团结进步示范区建设的"临沧样本",既有形式内涵,又兼具思想方法。思路清晰、目标明确、善于创新,以创新驱动跨越式发展。宏观层面,主动服务、融入国家和省的重大发展战略,围绕"共同团结奋斗,共同繁荣发展"的民族工作主题,把发展当作解决民族问题"总钥匙"。微观层面,立足区域实际,多向度整合社会资本,有效聚集创新要素,以创新驱动跨越式发展取得阶段性成果和经验,为民族团结进步示范区建设提供了可供借鉴的样本。The‘Lincang sample’in the construction of national unity and progress demonstration area possesses both formal connotation and ideological method.It has clear way of thinking and definite goals,and is good at innovation,which really serves as an example of innovation-driven leap-forward development.At the macro level,they take the initiative to serve and integrate into the major development strategies of the state and the province,and regard development as the“master key”to solve ethnic problems centering on the theme of“common unity and struggle,common prosperity and development”.At the micro level,based on regional reality,they have achieved phased results and experience in innovation-driven leap-forward development by multi-dimensional integration of social capital and effective gathering of innovation elements.All this provides a reference sample for the construction of national unity and progress demonstration area.
