摘 要:利用金相光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)分析、电导率、热导率及热膨胀系数测试和拉伸实验等,对比分析了熔渗法和高温液相烧结两种方法对Mo30Cu轧制钼铜板材的组织及性能影响。结果表明,在300 MPa等静压成型条件下,混料工艺制备钼铜合金烧结收缩率明显大于渗铜工艺,但渗铜工艺烧结坯致密度更高,可达到理论密度的99%;从金相组织可以看出,烧结状态时熔渗法制备的钼铜合金中铜相分布的均匀性明显优于混料烧结,但经过压力加工之后,两组样品的铜相均明显拉长,组织差异性减小;熔渗法制备的轧制钼铜板材在热性能和电性能均略优于混料法;两组钼铜板材的断裂机制均为铜相上的韧性断裂,但混料法制备的钼铜板才具有更高的抗拉强度和较小的延伸率。The difference of microstructure and properties of rolled molybdenum copper sheets prepared by two methods,which are infiltration and high temperature liquid phase sintering,has been characterized by metallographic observation,electrical properties,thermal performance testing and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that under the conditions of 300 MPa isostatic pressing,the sintering shrinkage of molybdenum-copper alloy prepared by mixing process is significantly larger than that of infiltration process,but the density of sintered ingot is higher,which can reach 99%of theoretical value.It can be seen from the metallographic structure that the uniformity of copper phase distribution in the molybdenum-copper alloy prepared by infiltration method is obviously better than that of the mixture sintering in the sintering state,notably,the copper phase of the two groups of samples are obviously elongated after pressure processing and organizational differences are reduced.The rolled and molybdenum-copper sheets prepared by infiltration method are slightly better than the mixing method in both thermal and electrical properties;the fracture mechanism of the two groups on molybdenum-copper sheets are the ductile fracture in the copper phase,but the molybdenum-copper sheets prepared by the mixture method have higher tensile strength and smaller elongation.
