广西鹿寨县和融安县野生重点药用植物资源调查分析

摘　　要：【目的】调查广西鹿寨和融安县野生重点药用植物资源的现状并分析其特征,为广西及我国药用植物资源的保护与可持续利用提供参考依据。【方法】基于全国第4次中药资源普查工作,采用查阅文献和野外样方调查相结合的方法,调查广西鹿寨县和融安县野生重点药用植物资源的种类和数量,计算、分析其蕴藏量、年允收量和综合价值。【结果】在广西鹿寨县和融安县,分别发现野生重点药用植物43和57种,珍稀濒危物种1和2种;野生重点药用植物资源总蕴藏量分别为15436.55和21911.85 t,总年允收量分别为3070.29和4131.34 t;蕴藏量小于100.00 t的物种分别有19和31种,年允收量小于10.00 t的物种分别有18和25种。两县的野生重点药用植物均以根及根茎类、果实及种子类为主,其中蕴藏量最大的是根及根茎类,但年允收量最大的是果实及种子类;综合价值(SVMP)高或较高的野生重点药用植物均占总物种数的95%以上。广西鹿寨县非桉树林样地中的野生重点药用植物物种数是桉树林样地的1.52倍,说明单一栽培的人工桉树林对药用植物物种多样性的影响较明显。【结论】广西融安县药用植物的物种比广西鹿寨县更丰富;两县野生重点药用植物有一定的自然蓄积量,但年允收量小,稀缺物种多,可利用资源少,对药用植物资源的保护刻不容缓。【Objective】Investigate the status and analyze the characteristics of wild key medicinal plant resources in Luzhai and Rong’an of Guangxi,and provide references for the protection and sustainable use of medicinal plant resources in Luzhai and Rong’an of Guangxi and even China.【Method】Based on the 4 th national general survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,using a combination of literature review and field sample surveys,the species and quantity of wild key medicinal plant resources in Luzhai and Rong’an counties of Guangxi were investigated,and their reserves,annual permitted harvest quantity and comprehensive values were calculated and analyzed.【Result】The results showed that there were 43 species and 57 species of wild key medicinal plants,and 1 and 2 species of rare and endangered plants in Luzhai county and Rong’an county,respectively.The total reserves of wild key medicinal plant resources in Luzhai and Rong’an counties were 15436.55 and 21911.85 t,respectively,and the total annual permitted harvest quantity were 3070.29 and 4113.34 t,respectively.Besides,Luzhai and Rong’an counties have 19 and 31 species with wild key medicinal plants whose reserves were less than 100.00 t,and 18 and 25 species with annual permitted harvest quantity less than 10.00 t.In addition,radixes and rhizomes,fruits and seeds are the main types of wild key medicinal plants in the two counties.Among them,the largest reserves are radixes and rhizomes,but the largest annual permitted harvest quantity is fruits and seeds.And the wild key medicinal plants with high comprehensive value or relatively high comprehensive value account for more than 95%of the total species.Finally,the number of wild key medicinal plant species in the non-eucalyptus forest sample plot in Luzhai of Guangxi is 1.52 times as that of the eucalyptus forest,indicating that the single cultivated artificial eucalyptus forest has a greater impact on medicinal plant species diversity.【Conclusion】The species of medicinal plants in Ron
