摘  要:为了抑制非开挖粘土地层水化膨胀,孔壁缩径现象。利用复配表面活性剂润湿反转粘土表面,增强其疏水性。并得到适用于非开挖粘土地层的LK无固相泥浆配方,抑制粘土地层膨胀缩径。实验研究结果表明:复配表面活性剂溶液能有效润湿反转粘土表面,显著增强了粘土疏水性;粘土清水条件下膨胀量降低;LK无固相泥浆配方有良好的流变性能、抑制性能、滤失性能及润滑性能。研究成果适用于非开挖粘土地层浆液设计。With the intention of restraining the phenomenon that as hydration and expansion of clay stratum occurs,the hole wall shrinks,the composite surfactant was taken to wet reverse the clay surface,thus enhancing its hydrophobicity.LK nonsolid mud suitable for clay formation is obtained,which manages to inhibit the expansion and contraction of clay formation.The results imply that:the composite surfactant solution will help effectively wet reverse the clay surface,which significantly enhances the hydrophobicity of clay.Under the condition of clean water,the swelling capacity is reduced.LK non-solid mud embraces pleasant rheological property,inhibition performance,filtration ability and lubrication function.The research results are supposed to be applicable to the slurry design of no-dig clay layer.
