摘  要:基于气体润滑雷诺方程,应用MATLAB软件开发程序,对高速电主轴空气静压止推轴承的参数特性进行仿真分析,并进行试验验证。对于高速电主轴空气静压止推轴承而言,节流孔处压力最大且均等,随着气膜厚度的增大,轴承气膜压力、承载能力减小,气膜刚度先增大后减小。在气膜厚度相同的情况下,随着供气压力、节流孔直径、节流孔数量增大,轴承承载能力和气膜刚度增大。为避免气锤振动、轴承失稳,内径小于30 mm的高速电主轴空气静压止推轴承,其供气压力不宜大于0.7 MPa。Based on the gas-lubricated Reynolds equation,the MATLAB software development program was used to simulate and analyze the parameter characteristics of the static air pressure thrust bearing of high speed electric spindle with experimental verification.For static air pressure thrust bearing of high speed electric spindle,the pressure at the restriction orifice is the largest and equal.As the thickness of the air film increases,the air film pressure and carrying capacity of the bearing decrease,and the air film rigidity increases first and then decreases.With the same air film thickness,as the air supply pressure,restriction orifice diameter,and restriction orifice number increase,the bearing load capacity and the rigidity of the air film increase.In order to avoid air hammer vibration and destabilization of the bearing,the air supply pressure of the static air pressure thrust bearing of high speed electric spindle with an I.D.of less than 30 mm should not exceed 0.7 MPa.
