摘　　要：为满足市场对缝纫线色彩多样化和个性化的需求,设计了按需配色的缝纫线个性化染色器。介绍了缝纫线个性化染色器的设计理念与总体设计方案,分析了机架、染线盒、喷染机构等缝纫线个性化染色器的结构,以及控制系统的原理,并给出了使用方法。这一按需配色的缝纫线个性化染色器可以对白色缝纫线进行配色、染色,提高布艺制作的效率。In order to meet the market’s demand for diversified and personalized sewing thread colors,a sewing thread personalized stainer with demand color matching was designed.The design concept and overall design plan of the sewing thread personalized stainer were introduced,the structure of the sewing thread personalized stainer such as the frame,staining box,spray staining mechanism,as well as the principle of the control system were analyzed,and the method of application was given.This sewing thread personalized stainer with demand color matching can stain the white sewing threads against color matching and improve the efficiency of fabric production.
