摘　　要：介绍二通阀在CPS硫磺回收装置反应段使用过程中发生的国内首例典型故障,通过故障现象分析故障产生的原因并进行自主维修。同时对CPS硫磺回收装置二通阀或三通阀近年来出现的其他故障及处置措施进行了分类总结。The typical fault of a two-way valve applied in CPS sulfur recovery unit’s reaction section was described, including the causes analysis and independent maintenance. In addition, the other faults and disposal measures of two-way valves or three-way valves in CPS sulfur recovery unit in recent years were classified and summarized.
