失重下料秤在聚乙烯装置中的应用

摘　　要：分析某塑料厂聚乙烯C线装置稳定剂配料系统使用申克一体化失重给料秤初期存在的问题,提出相应的解决方法并进行了优化。结果表明:经过调试和改进后,完全满足聚乙烯多种高粘度稳定剂混合配比的要求。The problems occurred to Schenck integrated weightlessness feeding scales applied in the unit stabilizer’s batching system of a polyethylene device were discussed and solutions to them were presented.The results showed that, the feeding scale being debugged and improved can fulfill the requirements of the polyethylene production for mixed stabilizer with high viscosity.
