摘 要:研究了固硫灰陶粒的制备工艺和物理力学性能影响因素。结果表明:固硫灰所含硫酸钙在烧结过程具有产气发泡和助熔作用,使陶粒烧胀时容易形成表面玻化及内部多孔的蜂窝状结构;原材料中碱性氧化物助熔成分与硅铝氧化物质量比对陶粒表面和内部液相产生影响;工艺优化后制得700级固硫灰陶粒轻集料。设计了固硫灰陶粒生产自动化工艺流程和尾气脱除SO2前馈-串级控制系统。The affecting factors of the preparation process and the physical and mechanical properties of the circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC)fly ash ceramsite were studied.The results showed that the calcium sulfate contained in the CFBC fly ash had the effects of aerogenesis foaming and fluxing agent in the sintering process,which made the ceramsite easy to form vitrified surface and cellular structure with porous interior.The effect of the mass ratio between the alkali oxide and the silicon aluminum oxide on the performance of the CFBC ash ceramsite was mainly reflected in the effect of the fluxing element on the generation of liquid phase in the surface and interior of the ceramsite during the sintering process.After the process optimization,the 700-grade CFBC ash ceramsite as lightweight aggregate was prepared.The production automation process of CFBC fly ash ceramsite and the feed forward-cascade control system for removal of SO2 from production of ceramsite were designed.
