摘  要:利用煤矸石、赤泥和废玻璃为原料,通过“一步法”工艺制备高附加值发泡陶瓷材料。系统研究了原料配比、发泡剂等因素对发泡陶瓷烧成特征和性能的影响。研究结果表明,煤矸石、赤泥及废玻璃的适宜掺量分别为38.10%、21.90%和40%;匹配性良好的发泡剂为MnO2,其适宜掺量为3%。该条件下制备的发泡陶瓷表观密度为0.589 g/cm3,吸水率为2.95%,综合性能较好。Uses coal gangue,red mud and waste glass as raw materials to produce high value-added foamed ceramic materials by one-step approach.Focusing on the influence of ratio of raw materials,foaming agent on the structure and properties of foamed ceramics.The results showed that the suitable dosages of coal gangue,red mud,and waste glass are 38.10%,21.90%and 40%respectively.The matching foaming agent is MnO2,and the optimal amounts added is 3%.The foamed ceramic prepared under this condition has good comprehensive performance with apparent density of 0.589 g/cm3 and water absorption of 2.95%.
