摘  要:现有大部分单组分聚脲防护涂料均含有颜填料,非透明,涂刷后无法观测混凝土基层裂缝变形情况。通过不添加粉状填料及颜料研制透明型单组分聚脲防护涂料,调整聚醚多元醇、扩链剂和潜固化剂掺量提高防护涂料的力学性能,利用液体止流剂提高涂料的抗流挂性,其力学性能优于非透明单组分聚脲防护涂料,抗流挂性较好,涂膜无色透明。Most of the existing one-component polyurea protective coatings contain pigments and fillers,non-transparent,cannot observe the concrete base crack deformation after painting.The transparency of the material can be achieved by not adding powder fillers and pigments,the type and amount of polyether polyols and Isocyanate can be adjusted to improve the mechanical properties,and the anti-sagging property of the material can be improved by using liquid flow-arresting agents.To prepare a transparent one-component polyurea protective coating with better mechanical properties than non-transparent one-component polyurea protective coating,with better anti-sagging property and colorless and transparent film.
