摘　　要：在新旧动能转换背景下,物流咨询行业中人工智能的应用是智慧物流的重要环节,其正在成为物流业转型升级的重要动力源泉。论文针对目前物流咨询行业存在的核心问题——大量信息无法及时有效处理,通过对语音分析技术的应用,研究了解决物流咨询行业信息管理问题的对策,以期提高客户满意度。Under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,the application of artificial intelligence in logistics consulting industry is an important link of intelligent logistics,and it is becoming an important power source for the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry.Aiming at the core problem existing in logistics consulting industry,that is,a large amount of information can not be handled effectively in time,this paper studies the countermeasures to solve the information management problem of logistics consulting industry through the application of speech analysis technology,so as to improve customer satisfaction.
