义马综能公司U-GAS气化炉耐火衬里的优化策略

摘　　要：论文主要介绍河南能源义马煤业综能新能源有限责任公司使用的U-GAS气化炉内衬耐火材料经过长时间开车运行,炉体表面出现多处过热现象(温度≥240℃),为解决该问题,确保装置安全稳定运行,对U-GAS气化炉设备衬里材料重新进行选型设计、制造、筑炉、烘炉等。论文以义马综能公司U-GAS气化炉选用的博耐特砖为例,对其耐火衬里的设计选型及施工方法进行介绍,以期为今后的施工提供借鉴。This paper mainly describes the refractory liner material of U-GAS gasifier used by Henan YMCIG-SES New Energy Company Limited after a long time of start-up and operation,there are many overheating phenomena on the surface of the furnace body(temperature≥240℃).In order to solve this problem and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,the paper re-designed,designed,manufactured,built furnace,oven and so on for the lining materials of U-GAS gasifier equipment.This paper introduces the design selection and construction method of the refractory lining of the U-gas gasifier selected by Yima comprehensive energy company as an example,so as to provide reference for the future construction.
