摘  要:以三(8-羟基喹啉)铟为母体化合物,设计合成了一种新型的非富勒烯受体——三[4-((1-2-乙基己基吲哚-2-酮-3-基)亚甲基)-8-羟基喹啉]铟(In(4OQ)3)。采用1H NMR对In(4OQ)3结构进行了表征,并研究其热性能及光电性能。结果表明:In(4OQ)3具有良好的热稳定性,其HOMO能级为-5.72 eV,LUMO能级为-3.44 eV。相较于富勒烯受体如PC 61 BM,In(4OQ)3在可见光区域有更强的吸收,吸收带边可以达到551 nm。以P3HT为给体、In(4OQ)3为受体制备的有机太阳能电池,表现出明显的光伏响应。这是有关8-羟基喹啉金属配合物作为有机太阳能电池受体的首例文献报道。With tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)indium as the parent compound,a new non-fullerene acceptor,In(4OQ)3,was designed and synthesized.Its chemical structure was characterized by 1H NMR,and its opto-electronic properties were studied.The results showed that In(4OQ)3 had good thermal stability with HOMO and LUMO energy levels of-5.72 eV and-3.44 eV,respectively.Compared to fullerene acceptors,PC 61 BM,In(4OQ)3 had stronger absorptions in the visible region with the absorption onset extending to 551nm.Then,organic solar cells(OSCs)with P3HT and In(4OQ)3 as the donor and acceptor,respectively,were fabricated.It was observed that these OSCs could exhibit obvious photovoltaic responses.This work is the first literature that reports the use of organometallic complex based on 8-hydroxyquinoline as the acceptor in OSCs.
