摘 要:以PdCl 2为金属前驱体,苯胺为单体,避光条件下液相合成了质子酸(HCl、H 2SO 4与H 3PO 4)掺杂的Pd/PANI纳米复合材料。使用多种技术手段对样品进行表征,采用循环伏安法和计时电流法研究了质子酸掺杂Pd/PANI纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极对甲醇的电催化氧化。结果表明,三种酸掺杂制备的Pd/PANI纳米复合材料不但形貌各异,对甲醇的电催化氧化性能也有较大差异。通过比较,HCl掺杂的复合材料修饰电极对甲醇的电催化活性最大,抗中毒性和稳定性最佳。Palladium(Pd)/polyaniline(PANI)nanocomposites doped with hydrochloric acid(HCl),sulfuric acid(H 2SO 4)and phosphoric acid(H 3PO 4),respectively,were synthesized in the liquid phase under the dark conditions using aniline as monomer and palladium chloride(PdCl 2)as the palladium precursor.The samples were characterized by some methods including FTIR spectroscopy.Electrochemical performance of methanol oxidation was also investigated at a glassy carbon electrode modified with Pd/PANI nanocomposites by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and chronoamperometry.The results showed that both the morphology and the electrochemical properties of methanol oxidation of Pd/PANI nanocomposites doped with different acids were different.Compared with the Pd/PANI nanocomposites doped with the other two acids,Pd/PANI nanocomposites doped with HCl exhibited the more outstanding electrocatalytic activity,anti-poisoning property and electrochemical stability for methanol oxidation.
