摘 要:利用氩弧熔覆技术在Q235钢表面制备了TiC-FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4复合涂层,研究了TiC对FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:复合涂层仅由体心立方相(Fe-Cr固溶体)和增强相TiC组成,无其他物质生成。随TiC添加量增多,组织呈现出由晶粒细化至晶界消失的变化。涂层硬度随TiC增多而变大,当TiC=35%时,最大硬度为1077.44 HV。添加35%TiC涂层耐磨性可达到FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4的2.27倍。在石油介质中TiC=35%涂层耐蚀性、耐冲蚀磨损性比FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4涂层分别提高了1.26倍和1.41~1.75倍。TiC-FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4 composite coatings were prepared on Q235 steel by argon arc cladding.The effects of TiC on the microstructure and properties of FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4 coating were studied by a variety of characterization techniques.Results show that the composite coating is composed of BCC(Fe-Cr Solid solution)and TiC,and no other materials are formed.With the increase of TiC,the microstructure shows a transition from grain refinement to the disappearance of grain boundaries.The hardness of the coating increases with the increase of TiC.When TiC=35%,the hardness reaches it maximum of 1077.44 HV.In the abrasive wear test,the wear resistance of the 35%TiC coating can reach 2.27 times as high as that of FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4.And in petroleum medium,the corrosion resistance and erosion wear resistance of the TiC=35% coating can increase to be 1.26 times and 1.41~1.75 times higher than that of FeAlCoCrCuTi0.4 coating.
