摘 要:为提高石英纤维(QF)增强含硅芳炔树脂(PSA)复合材料的界面粘接强度,设计制备了分子结构中同时含有硅乙氧基和炔基的多官能团硅烷偶联剂ETP。偶联剂ETP制备工艺简单,产率高达97%,纯度达96.5%,在室温条件下,利用3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(IPTS)与间氨基苯乙炔在四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂中反应即可合成。ETP易储存,不易水解,贮存稳定性与商用KH550相近。进一步研究了偶联剂ETP对QF/PSA复合材料体系的界面改性作用。实验结果表明:在复合材料中添加2.0 wt%偶联剂ETP,其层间剪切强度和弯曲强度分别提高了59.9%和27.9%。同时,材料的表征和测试结果证明偶联剂ETP中的炔基参与了PSA树脂的共固化过程,并且ETP中硅氧烷官能团可与石英纤维间形成化学键合,ETP中的脲基可分别与树脂和纤维形成氢键,改善了复合材料的界面粘结性能。本工作制备的ETP可作为通用偶联剂的潜在选择。A novel multifunctional silane coupling agent(ETP)containing ethoxy and alkynyl groups was designed and synthesized to modify the quartz fiber(QF)/silica-containing arylacetylene(PSA)composites in order to improve its interfacial properties.ETP was easy to prepare from the reaction of 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane(IPTS)and 3-aminophenylacetylene in THF at room temperature,with 97% yield and 96.5% purity.Because of the simple process of the synthesis and purification,coupling agent ETP was rather easy to store without hydrolysis.ETP was used to modify the interface of the quartz fiber(QF)/silica-containing acetylene(PSA)composite,as a result,the interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)and the flexural strength increased by 59.9% and 27.9%.Characterization of the interfaces of the composites indicated that the interfacial properties of the composites had improved largely.Test analysis showed ETP could co-cure with PSA and form chemical bonds between PSA and QF.Because of the urea group in ETP,molecular polarity was increased,and intermolecular hydrogen bonds can be formed between PSA,QF and coupling agents to enhance the interaction of them.Through the analysis above,ETP has potential use in modification of composites and provide an alternative choice of coupling agents.
