摘 要:通过表面改性技术在刀具上制备硬质涂层,可有效提高刀具的耐用度和使用寿命。采用非平衡磁控溅射技术在M2高速钢基材上沉积CrAlN涂层,通过扫描电镜、共聚焦扫描显微镜、X衍射仪和球-盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机等手段着重研究了CrAlN涂层的微观结构以及温度对CrAlN涂层摩擦磨损行为的影响。研究结果表明,CrAlN涂层表面呈紧密聚集的圆形颗粒状排布,颗粒大小分布均匀,平均尺寸约为150 nm。涂层截面为致密排布的柱状晶组织,无明显裂痕、孔隙等缺陷。涂层相结构主要为面心立方CrAlN和Cr 2N等。在室温~600℃范围内,CrAlN涂层的摩擦系数随温度升高先增大后减小,这是由于高温下CrAlN涂层氧化生成的氧化物有利于减小摩擦。Hard coatings on cutting tools by surface modification technique can effectively improve the durability and service life of the cutting tools.It is significant to study friction and wear properties of the coating at high temperature since high-speed cutting always brings about high temperature near the cutting edge.CrAlN coating was deposited on high speed steel M2 matrix by unbalanced magnetron sputtering.The microstructure and the effect of temperature on tribological behavior of the CrAlN coatingwere studied through some advanced techniques including ball-disc friction wear tester.The research results show that the coating surface is composed of tightly clustered round granular particle with average particle size of around 150nm.The cross-section of the coating is columnar structure with no obvious pores and defects.The phase composition of the coating is fcc-CrAlN and Cr 2N.In the range from room temperature to 600℃,the friction coefficient of the CrAlN coating increases at first and then decreases with temperature increase.This is because the formation of oxides at the high temperature is helpful to decreasing friction.
