摘 要:“后掺法”施工工艺能有效解决环氧沥青混合料容许施工时间短,施工要求苛刻,使用受限及施工质量风险大的难题。采用“后掺法”工艺制备自主研发的环氧沥青开级配混合料OGFC-13试件,并制备沥青路面表层常用的SBS改性沥青AC-13混合料对比试件。通过系统的水稳定性、高温稳定性及低温抗裂性等路用性能测试,并用UTM试验机测定了不同温度条件下的自主研制环氧沥青OGFC-13与SBS改性沥青AC-13的动态模量。此外,为客观反映自主研制环氧沥青OGFC-13的性能,引入了SK高粘度改性沥青OGFC-13、美国ChemCo环氧沥青OGFC-13进行路用性能对比分析。结果表明:自主研制环氧沥青OGFC-13路用性能与美国环氧沥青性能相当,显著优于SK高粘度改性沥青OGFC-13及SBS改性沥青AC-13,具有良好的力学性能、耐久性,抗滑性、透水性符合要求,预期使用寿命甚至优于密实型SBS改性沥青AC混凝土。Post-doping method can solve the problem that the epoxy asphalt mixture is limited for short of construction time,strict construction requirements and high construction quality risk effectively.In order to solve these problems,self-developed epoxy asphalt OGFC-13 samples were prepared by post-doping method,and SBS modified asphalt was also prepared for comparison.Then its road performance,such as water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance,were evaluated systematically.The dynamic modulus of samples under different temperature conditions were tested by UTM testing machine.Besides,in order to reflect the performance of self-developed epoxy asphalt OGFC-13 objectively,the road performance of SK high viscosity modified asphalt OGFC-13 and epoxy asphalt OGFC-13 from American Chem Co were introduced by literature retrieval.The results indicate that the performance of self-developed epoxy asphalt which is similar to the American epoxy asphalt,it’s significantly better than the SK high viscosity of modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.It has good mechanical properties and skid resistance,and its water permeability and durability meet the requirement.The expected service life is even longer than that of compact SBS modified asphalt AC concrete.
