摘 要:对黄色、绿色和银色桉木/PE木塑复合材料进行模拟酸雨加速腐蚀实验,比较了模拟酸雨腐蚀对三种有色桉木/PE木塑复合材料的化学基团、力学性能、颜色变化和微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着腐蚀周期的增长,三种颜色木塑复合材料出现褪色、力学性能下降及吸水率增大现象,但添加银色颜料的桉木/PE木塑复合材料褪色程度较低、性能下降较小、吸水率增加较小。银色木塑复合材料经腐蚀三个周期后弯曲强度分别下降了12.93%、16.84%、24.16%,黄色木塑复合材料腐蚀三个周期后弯曲强度分别下降了13.07%、19.13%、33.64%,绿色木塑复合材料腐蚀三个周期后弯曲强度分别下降了19.35%、24.19%、28.91%。银色桉木/PE复合材料两相界面结合较为紧密,裂纹和孔洞缺陷较其它两种颜色复合材料显著减少。In order to investigate the acid rain corrosion resistance of pigmented eucalyptus/polyethylene(PE)composites,simulated acid rain accelerated corrosion experiments were carried out on three colored(yellow,green and silver)eucalyptus/PE wood-plastic composites.The effect of simulated acid rain corrosion on the chemical groups,mechanical properties,discoloration and microstructures of the three types of eucalyptus/PE composites were compared.The results show that an extended corrosion time tends to result in higher discoloration and water absorption,and poorer mechanical properties.However,the eucalyptus/PE wood-plastic composite with silver pigment has a lower degree of fading,less performance degradation,and less water absorption.After three cycles of corrosion,the reductions of flexural strength are 12.93%,16.84%and 24.16%,respectively,for silver eucalyptus/PE composites,and 13.07%,19.13%and 33.64%,respectively,for yellow eucalyptus/PE composites,and 19.35%,24.19%and 28.91%,respectively,for green eucalyptus/PE composites.In comparison to the yellow and green eucalyptus/PE composites,the fracture surface of the silver eucalyptus/PE composite material is tightly bonded,and the cracks and hole defects are significantly improved compared.
