摘  要:在高纯活性莫来石粉体中加入氟化铵(NH_4F),制备了具有连续莫来石骨架的自锁结构多孔陶瓷。研究了NH_4F对试样显微结构和力学性能的影响,并分别用SEM和抗弯强度进行了表征。NH4F的加入有利于针状莫来石的形成。当添加3%NH_4F时,针状莫来石的长径比为14. 11,并且形成三维骨架结构,提高了试样的力学性能,强度高达99. 43 MPa,气孔率为52. 93%。Self-locking structure porous ceramics with continue mullite framework were prepared by adding NH4F to high purity active mullite powder.The effects of NH4F on micro structure and strength of sample were investigated and characterized by SEM and flexural strength respectively.When 3%NH4F was added,the length-diameter ratio of acicular mullite was 14.11,and the 3D skeleton structure was formed.The mechanical properties of the samples were improved,the strength was up to 99.43 MPa,the porosity was 52.93%.
