摘  要:针对钼浮选起泡剂存在起泡速度慢、泡沫发黏等问题,本文采用ZL、ZF系列泡沫调整剂改善金堆城百花岭选矿厂钼浮选效果。最佳用量条件下,ZL-63、ZL-65泡沫调整剂可提高钼粗精矿回收率,ZL-64泡沫调整剂会使钼粗精矿回收率降低,对起泡剂没有较好的优化作用。最佳用量条件下ZF-38、ZF-68泡沫调整剂也能有效提高钼粗精矿回收率。其中,ZF-68对改善钼浮选效果更佳。Aiming at the existing problems such as slow bubble speed and sticky foam in molybdenum flotation foaming agent,ZL and ZF series foam adjusting agents were used to improve the effect of molybdenum flotation in Jinduicheng Baihualing Concentrator. The recovery rate of molybdenum concentrate can be improved by ZL-63 and ZL-65 foam adjusting agents under the optimal dosage conditions. ZL-64 foam regulator can reduce the recovery rate of molybdenum coarse concentrate and has no good optimization effect on the foaming agent. ZF-38 and ZF-68 foam adjusting agents can also effectively improve the recovery rate of molybdenum crude concentrate under the optimal dosage conditions. Among them,ZF-68 has a better effect on improving molybdenum flotation.
