摘 要:使用ANSYS进行焊接残余应力的模拟仿真,利用不同尺寸模型进行对比,应用生死单元法着重研究焊接温度场和应力场的变化情况并对结果进行分析。模拟结果表明:开坡口试件的残余应力小于直角焊缝试件的残余应力,焊接处平均残余应力在350MPa以上,同时焊接的起点与终点位置重合处会造成应力集中,其最大残余应力大于Q345材料的屈服强度。In this paper,ANSYS was used to simulate welding residual stress and then,their models at different sizes were compared.The life and death element method was applied to study the changes of welding temperature field and stress field,including analysis of the results.The simulation results showed that,the residual stress of the slope test piece is less than that of the right-angle weld specimen,and the average residual stress at the welding point is above 350MPa;meanwhile,the coincidence of the starting point and end point of welding would cause stress concentration and the maximum residual stress is greater than the yield strength of Q345 material.
