摘　　要：Construction of high-quality teaching materials is an im portant component in the"Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project".It is also the im portant requirement to build golden courses*improving the quality of undergraduate teaching and enhancing the level of talents cultivation and teaching materials.Therefore,construction of Mongolian high-quality teaching materials should be done effectively based on the rights and obligations of colleges and Universities in ethnic minority areas.
