摘 要:地理信息系统(GIS)是有关空间数据管理和空间信息分析的计算机系统,用于解决空间问题的工具、技术和方法,近年来在水利系统有了广泛的应用,尤其在水文模拟、水资源调查、规划、评价、管理和决策等方面应用较多。GIS技术在水资源调查评价领域的应用,更多地是侧重于综合评价信息的空间定位、查询和展示。在近期开展的全国第三次水资源调查评价工作中,各省(区、市)积极探索GIS平台与水资源调查评价相结合,深度挖掘GIS的空间数据分析和数据加工功能,通过合理的应用功能设计,完成了水资源分区、加权计算、等值线绘制等有关评价任务。本文以吉林省为例,结合第三次水资源调查评价工作,着重介绍利用GIS平台进行等值线绘制、量算的技术方法。GIS is a computer system about space data management and information analysis,which is a tool,technology and method to solve space problems,and is widely used in water conservancy field,especially is more applied in hydrological simulation,investigation,planning,evaluation,management,decision for water resources,and so on.The application of GIS technology in the field of investigation and evaluation for water resources is more focusing on space positioning,querying and showing for comprehensive evaluation information.In the work of the third national investigation and evaluation for water resources carried out in recent term,the people concerned,actively exploring the GIS platform combining with the investigation and evaluation for water resources and deeply developing space data analysis and data processing function for GIS in every province,city and autonomous region,through reasonable application function design,completed the evaluation tasks in water resources zoning,weighted calculating,contour lines drawing,and so on.In this paper,the authors,taking Jilin Province as an example,combining with the third national investigation and evaluation work,focused on introducing the method for contour lines drawing,measuring and calculating by means of GIS platform.
