关于日本在垃圾回收利用精细化管理上的利弊

摘　　要：从生态管理体系创新和管理能力现代化两个方面对生态管理体系进行研究具有重要意义。日本的环境优化管理体系对比分析我国《"十三五"生态环境得到保护规划》中提出的六点要求,健全的法律体系、健全的市场机制、地方责任、公司治理、国家绩效和改善的治理,这些经验可以作为我国环境管理的参考标准。It is of great significance to study ecological management system from two aspects: the innovation of environmental governance system and the modernization of management ability. Japan’s environment-optimized governance system compares and analyzes the six requirements of China’s "13 th Five-Year Plan for Ecological Environment Protection" : a sound legal system, a sound market mechanism, local responsibilities, corporate governance, national performance and improved governance. These experiences can serve as reference standards for China’s environmental management.
