摘 要:近年来,鉴江流域经济社会快速发展,对鉴江水资源的需求不断增加,接近流域水资源承载能力,尤其是枯水期,容易出现大范围、长时间的干旱。流域供水得不到保障,将严重影响茂名和湛江的城乡生活用水和社会经济发展,需要统一的水量调度机制。该文在分析鉴江流域水文资料、用水、水利工程建设情况的基础上,从调度原则、供水对象、调度工程、调水线路等方面,研究并制订了鉴江流域水量应急调度预案。方案有助于应对流域枯季干旱缺水的问题,更好地保障流域供水安全。In recent years,the rapid economic and social development of the Jianjiang River Basin has increased the demand for water resources in the Jianjiang River.It is close to the water resources carrying capacity of the river basin,especially during the dry season,and it is prone to large-scale and long-term drought.The lack of water supply in the river basin will seriously affect urban and rural domestic water use and social and economic development in Maoming and Zhanjiang,and a unified water scheduling mechanism will be required.Based on the analysis of the construction of hydrological data,water use,and water conservancy projects in the Jianjiang River Basin,this paper studies and formulates a plan for emergency dispatch of water volume in the Jianjiang River Basin in terms of dispatching principles,water supply objects,dispatching projects,and water transfer lines.The plan helps to deal with the problem of drought and water shortage in the dry season of the river basin,and better guarantee the safety of water supply in the river basin.
