摘 要:目的探讨CDH13、ATP2B1的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与子痫前期发病的关系。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取2018年6月至2019年6月于济南市第五人民医院妇产科诊断为子痫前期的患者共48例作为研究组,以及同期进行孕检的健康孕妇192例作为对照组,所有纳入对象均为中国汉族妇女。选择CDH13基因的SNP位点rs11646213和ATP2B1基因的SNP位点rs2681472进行检测,分析两者与子痫前期发病的关系。结果CDH13 rs11646213位点的等位基因表现为AA、AT、TT型,其中TT型的比率较少,CDH13的SNP位点rs11646213是子痫前期发生的易感基因位点(OR=1.983,P<0.001)。ATP2B1rs2681472位点的等位基因表现为TT、CT、CC型,其中CC型表达的比率较少,ATP2B1的SNP rs2681472不是子痫前期发生的易感基因位点(OR=1.054,P=0.534)。结论CDH13的SNP位点rs11646213与中国汉族妇女子痫前期发生密切相关,而ATP2B1 rs2681472不是子痫前期发生的易感基因位点。Objective To investigate the relationship between CDH13 and ATP2B1 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and preeclampsia.Methods A total of 48 patients with preeclampsia(study group)diagnosed in the Fifth People's Hospital of Ji'nan from June 2018 to June 2019 and 192 healthy pregnant women(control group)were retrospectively selected.All the subjects were Chinese Han women.The single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)site rs11646213 of CDH13 gene and the SNP site rs2681472 of ATP2B1 gene were selected for analysis.Results The allele of CDH13 rs11646213 loci showed AA,AT,TT type,in which the proportion of TT type was smaller.The SNP locus of CDH13 rs11646213 was a susceptible gene locus in preeclampsia(OR=1.983,P<0.001).The allele at the ATP2B1 rs2681472 locus was TT,CT,CC type,in which the CC type expressed a smaller proportion.The ATP2B1 SNP rs2681472 was not a susceptible gene locus in preeclampsia(OR=1.054,P=0.534).Conclusion The SNP locus rs11646213 of CDH13 is closely related to the occurrence of preeclampsia in Chinese Han women,while ATP2B1 rs2681472 is not a susceptible gene locus to the occurrence of preeclampsia.
