摘  要:工况准确识别是智能决策系统运行的基础,而工况又依赖监测参数描述。现阶段,钻井现场地面监测的立压、泵压等参数,尚无法将现场工况与监测参数状态进行一一对应,发现异常时需要人工排查确认故障原因,不能实现系统智能化运行。文章以粒子冲击钻井系统为例,分析各种工况涉及的参数状态,合理新增一些关键监测参数,依据各参数间的耦合作用关系,建立一套完整的监测系统,以此开发出适用于粒子冲击钻井现场的智能决策控制系统。在现场应用中,该系统可实现粒子冲击钻井技术全流程的自动运行和自动应急,初步满足了智能化控制的需求。Accurate identification of operating conditions is the basis of building intelligent decision system,and however operating conditions are described by monitoring parameters.At present,it can obtain some monitoring parameters in drilling wellsite,such as standpipe pressure,pump pressure,bit weight and so on.But it was not enough to build the unique corresponding relation between the operating condition and the monitoring parameters.When abnormalities had been found,manual confirmation was required to find out the fault causes.So the intelligent operation of the system could not be realized in drilling wellsite.Taking the particle impact drilling system as an example,this paper analyzes the parameter states involved in various working conditions,reasonably adds some key monitoring parameters,and establishes a complete monitoring system according to the coupling action relationship among the parameters,so as to develop an intelligent decision control system applicable to the particle impact drilling site.In the field application,the system can realize the automatic operation and emergency response of the whole process of particle impact drilling technology,and initially meet the requirement of intelligent control.
