摘 要:川西彭州海相超深井井深5800~6600 m,通常四开采取165.1 mm钻头完钻,悬挂139.7 mm尾管至193.7 mm套管内200 m左右,其目的层气层活跃、地层构造复杂、井眼不规则,漏失严重且具有高温、高压、高含硫的特点,因此尾管固井施工难度高、风险大。通过分析防窜防漏、含硫高温高压、小井眼等影响固井质量的主要因素,从优化固井工艺、水泥浆体系、提高地层承压能力、套管居中度和改进固井工具与附件等方面,针对性的阐述了提高固井质量的可行性和建议,并结合现场尾管固井情况进行了验证,结果表明旋转尾管固井可以有效提高该地区的尾管固井质量,为该区提高固井质量和减少施工风险具有重要的现场指导意义。The depth of Pengzhou marine ultra deep wells in Western Sichuan is 5800~6600m.Normally the fourth spudded in interval is completed by 165.1mm bit,hanging 139.7mm liner to 200m in 193.7mm casing.The target zone is active gas formations with complex and irregular well structure,serious leakage,high temperature,high pressure and high sulfur content.So the liner cementing is difficulty and risky.Through the analysis of such major factors affecting the cementing quality as anti-channeling and leak proof,sulfur-bearing high temperature and high pressure and slim-hole,the feasibility and suggestions of improving cementing quality are pointed out from the aspects of optimizing cementing process,cement slurry system,improvement of formation bearing capacity,casing center degree improvement and improving cementing tools and accessories,and verified with field liner cementing conditions.The results show that the rotary liner cementing can effectively improve the quality of liner cementing in this area,which has important on-site guiding significance for improving liner cementing quality and reducing construction risk in this area.
