摘 要:库车山前构造带巨厚砾石层段的钻井速度严重制约着区域油气资源高效勘探开发,实钻过程中普遍表现出机械钻速慢、单只钻头行程进尺低、地层造斜能力强及因蹩跳钻引发井下钻具失效事故频发等特点,部分井仅巨厚砾石层段的钻进用时超过200 d。经过近十年的钻井技术快速发展,塔里木油田形成了针对库车山前不同砾石成岩形态的配套钻井提速工艺,取得了较大的技术进步。文章首先简述了库车山前巨厚砾石层未成岩段、准成岩段和成岩段三种沉积发育特点及钻井难点,指出了目前巨厚砾石层普遍应用的垂直钻井系统、空气钻井、涡轮+孕镶钻头与双摆工具钻井提速技术的应用优缺点,同时以BZ7井与BZ18井为例对比分析了不同提速技术的应用效果,对于同类型巨厚砾石层的钻井提速具有借鉴意义。Enhancing the ROP in the thicker conglomerate of Kuqa piedmont belt severely restricts the efficient exploration of oil and gas resources.During the drilling process,it generally shows such characteristics as slow ROP,low footage of single bit,strong formation deviation ability and frequent failure accidents of drilling tools caused by bit jumping,it takes more than 200 days to drill most wells in the thicker conglomerate.Through rapid development of drilling technology in recent years,the Tarim Oilfield has formed a series of speed-up technologies for different gravel diagenetic forms,and has made a great technological progress.In this paper,three sedimentary characteristics and drilling difficulties of immature,quasi-diagenetic and diagenetic conglomerate are briefly described.Both advantages and disadvantages of vertical drilling system,air drilling,turbo&pregnant bit and double pendulum tool which commonly used in thicker conglomerate are pointed out.Meanwhile,taking Well BZ7 and Well BZ18 as examples,the application effects of different ROP enhancing technologies are compared and analyzed,which are great reference for drilling of the same type formation.
