摘　　要：微小井眼径向钻孔作为一项新型完井增产技术,可在储层不同深度和方位钻出多个具有高导流能力的生产孔道,有效增大泄流/波及半径,进而提高单井产量/注入量。文章概括介绍了径向钻孔技术的发展历程,总结了套管开窗、地层钻进等关键技术在现场应用中面临的主要问题,重点介绍了当前国内外研究的最新进展,分析了技术特点与优势等,提出了技术发展趋势,为促进径向钻孔技术的发展及规模推广应用提供了借鉴和参考。Micro-hole Radial Drilling Technology(RDT)is a new completion and stimulation method.It is able to enlarge the drainage/sweep area of original wellbore by means of multiple small radial holes with high-flow conductivity drilled in different depths and directions in the reservoir bed,and then enhance the well production/injection.This paper briefly describes the development history of RDT,summarizes the main problems of key technologies including casing cutting,formation drilling,etc.faced in field application.Importantly,the new research development at home and abroad is introduced,the characteristics and advantages are analyzed,the technology developing trends is also predicted,which provides a reference to the research and large-scale application of radial drilling technology.
