射孔高能气体压裂技术研究及应用

摘　　要：压裂改造是陆上油气勘探开发的主流技术,对于老井挖潜或者射过孔的油气开发而言,射孔高能气体压裂技术能够实现小型压裂作业,能够在储层形成较长裂缝而沟通油气,减小对套管伤害。文章研究实施耐高温固体状态和液体状态两种高能炸药的现场应用,装配方式有外套式、下挂式,这两种高能炸药在外界高温能量作用下引爆,形成持续高温高压气体,高能气体可以直接对储层压裂作业,作用的能效高,能够对地层压裂形成裂缝并延伸,对老井套管损伤小,保证井筒完整性。配套专用的优化设计软件进行模拟计算,获得气体压裂数据和油气井力学数据,油气井作业安全可靠,适用于直井、水平井内进行作业。射孔高能气体压裂技术在国内油田的老井挖潜、注水井等得到了现场应用,技术效果较好。Fracturing is the mainstream of oil and gas exploration and development onshore technology.For the old wells tapping potential or perforated reservoir development,low-cost strategic development is not only the main low-cost,but also to protect casing and lift workover pollution.Perforated high-energy gas fracturing technology can achieve a small fracturing operation,form a long crack in the reservoir to communicate oil and gas,and reduce damage to the casing.This paper studies the field application of two high-energy explosives with high temperature resistant solid state and liquid state.It contains a jacket type and under the hanging type.The two kinds of high-energy explosives can detonate under the influence of the external high-temperature energy,forming continuous high temperature and high pressure gas.High energy gas can directly perform reservoir fracturing operations with high energy efficiency.It can fracture and extend formation fracturing,minimize casing damage and ensure wellbore integrity.Special optimization design software is used for simulation calculation to obtain gas fracturing data and oil and gas well mechanics data.The operation is safe and reliable,which is suitable for vertical wells and horizontal wells.Perforation high energy gas fracturing technology has been applied in old well drilling and injection Wells in domestic oil fields with good technical effect.
