摘  要:随着气举工艺在川渝地区气藏排水、单井连续排水和水淹气井复产等领域的大规模应用,传统的固定式气举工艺存在修井风险大、周期长、费用高、储层伤害大等不足,已不能满足生产现场对气举工艺的要求;偏心式投捞气举又存在投捞难度大、投捞成功率低的难题。针对目前气举工艺存在的不足,创新性地提出了同心式投捞气举工艺,通过材质优选、结构设计、工具力学分析等大量工作,研发了同心式投捞气举系列工具。该工具具有可实现酸化后投阀、检阀经济、钢丝投捞作业简单、成功率高的特点,为气井排液提供一种更高效、更经济的方法。在川渝气田现场应用26井次,累计排水10.93×10^4 m^3,增产天然气3162.58×10^4 m^3,直接节约修井费用6000万元,经济效益显著。同心式投捞气举工艺为提高川渝气田有水气井经济开发提供了有效手段,对采油、采气工艺技术的发展与完善和老区块采收率的提高具有重要支撑作用。With the large-scale application of gas lift technology in gas reservoir drainage,single well continuous drainage and water-flooded gas well production in Sichuan and Chongqing area,the traditional fixed gas lift technology has some disadvantages,such as workover risk,long cycle,high cost,high reservoir damage,etc.,which cannot meet the requirements of on-site gas lift technology.The eccentric casting gas lift is with difficulty for casting and fishing and with low success rate.Aiming at the shortcomings of current gas lift technology,a new concentric gas lift technology was proposed.Through material selection,structure design,tool mechanics analysis and so on a lot of work,developed a series of concentric cast gas lift tools.The tool has the characteristics of valve casting after acidizing,economical valve checking,simple steel wire casting and high success rate,which provides a more efficient and economical method for gas well drainage.26 wells were performed with this tool in the field of Sichuan and Chongqing area,the cumulative drainage was 10.93×10^4 m^3,increased natural gas 3162.58×10^4 m^3,60 million Yuan of workover cost has been saved directly,with remarkable economical benefit.The technique of concentric casting is an effective method to improve the economic benefit of the development of water gas well in Sichuan and Chongqing area,the development and improvement of oil and gas recovery technology and the improvement of the recovery of old block are very important.
