变频电磁防垢技术研究与应用

摘　　要：结垢问题普遍存在石油、石化及用水的各个行业之中,随着各油田进入中、高含水期,油田油水井管柱、设备结垢严重,影响着油田的正常生产及开发效益。变频电磁防垢技术研究是通过电磁场对含有不同矿物离子水的作用,使易形成垢的结晶体变为不结晶,减少垢的形成;在室内试验的基础上,研发出变频电磁防垢装置,经现场应用,变频电磁防垢技术可以有效缓解油水井的结垢,提高油田注水采油开采过程中经济效益。Scaling is a common problem in petroleum,petrochemical and water industries.As the oilfield enters the period of middle and high water cut,the scale formation of oil and water well string and equipment is serious,which affects the normal production and development benefit of oilfield.The frequency conversion electromagnetic anti-scaling technology can reduce the formation of scale through the effect of electromagnetic field on ionized water containing different minerals,so that the crystals which are easy to form scale become non-crystal.On the basis of laboratory test,frequency conversion electromagnetic scale prevention device is developed.The field application shows that the frequency conversion electromagnetic scale prevention technology can effectively alleviate the scale formation of oil and water wells and improve the economic benefits in the process of oil field water injection and production.
