百令胶囊联合利肺片治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨百令胶囊联合利肺片治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治慢性支气管炎患者128例,按入院时间分为两组。两组均给予大环内酯类药物、多索茶碱片及盐酸氨溴索缓释胶囊,进行抗炎、化痰止咳、平喘治疗。对照组加用百令胶囊治疗,3次/d,5粒/次,饭后0.5 h服用;观察组在百令胶囊基础上口服利肺片治疗,3次/d,0.5 g/次,饭后0.5 h服用。两组均治疗2个月。结果:观察组喘息缓解时间为(4.1±0.8)d、咳嗽缓解时间为(4.2±0.8)d、肺部啰音消失时间为(5.1±0.7)d、组喘息缓解时间为(5.8±0.9)d、咳嗽缓解时间为(5.9±0.9)d、肺部啰音消失时间为(7.1±0.9)d,观察组均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组组治疗前用力肺活量(FVC)和第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)分别为(1.8±0.6)L和(1.7±0.6)L,治疗后分别为(2.7±0.7)L和(2.5±0.7)L,对照组治疗前FVC和FEV1分别为(1.9±0.5)L和(2.1±0.5)L,治疗后分别为(2.7±0.7)L和(2.0±0.6)L,两组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合利肺片治疗慢性支气管炎,患者临床症状恢复快,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with Lifei Tablet in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,128 patients with chronic bronchitis were admitted and divided into two groups according to the time of admission.Both groups were given macrolides,doxophylline tablets and ambroxol hydrochloride sustained-release capsules for anti-inflammatory,expectorant and antiasthmatic treatment.?uThe control group was treated with Belling capsule for 3 times/d,5 capsules/time,0.5 h after meals;The observation group was treated with Lifei Tablet orally on the basis of Bailing capsule for 3 times/d,0.5 g/time,and 0.5 h after meals.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Results:breathing ease for observing group(4.1±0.8)d,cough reduce time for(4.2±0.8)d,lung then disappear time is(5.1±0.7)d,group d breathing ease for(5.8±0.9)d,cough reduce time for(5.9±0.9)d,lung then disappear time is(7.1±0.9)d,observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before observation way treatment FEV1 and FVC respectively(1.8±0.6)L and(1.7±0.6)L,after treatment respectively(2.7±0.7)L and(2.5±0.7)L,the control group before treatment FEV1 and FVC respectively(1.9±0.5)L and(2.1±0.5)L,after treatment respectively(2.7±0.7)L and(2.0±0.6)L,two groups before and after treatment compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05),while the observation group is significantly higher than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bailing capsule combined with Lifei tablet is effective in treating chronic bronchitis.
